BUSINESS VICTOR HARBOR APPOINTS EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Business Victor Harbor’s Board has announced the appointment of Colin Shearing, former CEO, SA Independent Retailers Association, as its Executive Officer.
We are delighted to appoint Colin Shearing as our Executive Officer, which initially will be a part-time position.
It’s tremendous to have such a renown South Australian leader to work with our Board, who is a 5th generation SA family business and continues to lobby in the best interests of all SA businesses.
With 30+ years’ experience in CEO and executive management roles, industry leadership, and advocacy in the interests of supporting local SA business owners across the State, Colin delivers an outstanding package and array of industry knowledge, strong networks and government relations at all levels
Colin is already well connected with several of the region’s industry and community networks including retail, wholesale, personal services, hospitality, tourism, motor trades, building & construction and employment, training & education
His tertiary qualifications include Executive MBA; Vocational Grad Cert in Retail Leadership and Diplomas in Retail, Training & Education and Training Design & Development
Business Victor Harbor is confident that Colin’s leadership will create and maintain strong stakeholder partners at the strategic level and generate innovative approaches to add significant value and towards growing member satisfaction
